Q. Do you have platinum material?
A. We are very sorry, but we do not carry materials other than pink gold.

Q. Can you provide after-sales maintenance?
A. We accept cleaning, resizing, refinishing, resetting stones, and repairing deformations. Estimates are free, so please feel free to contact us.

Q. Can I have the size adjusted?
A. If you need to change the size significantly, we may not be able to do so. Please feel free to contact us first.

Q: Will a receipt be issued?
A. Receipts will only be issued if you contact us.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A. At Elida Elda, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, you can cancel within 7 days after receiving the product. However, this only applies if the item is unused and all accessories are included. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Elida Elda will cover the shipping fee for returning the item.

However, returns are not possible in the following cases:
・If the product has been used and has scratches, dirt, or damage that is the customer's fault (including damage caused by poor packaging when returning the product)
・If you return the product without contacting us in advance ・If it is for your own reasons (e.g. metal allergy, etc.)
・If the product has been delivered more than 8 days ago or if the accessories are missing

Q. Can I have the chain made longer/shorter?
A. Yes, it is possible to change it. Please feel free to contact us.
